Scope

You may browse certain sections of the Platform without registering. We do not offer services outside India, and your data is primarily stored and processed in India, governed by the laws of India including applicable data protection law.

Collection

We collect personal data you provide during sign-up or use of the Platform — such as name, date of birth, address, phone number and email. With your consent, we may also collect sensitive data such as bank/card details or biometric information needed for certain features. Providing information is optional, but some features may not work without it.

We may also collect data related to your transactions with sellers/business partners on the Platform. Where a seller collects your data directly, their own privacy policy governs that collection — we recommend reviewing it before sharing information.

Ashva Deeptech will never ask for your card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password by email or phone. Never share this information — if you have, report it to law enforcement immediately.

Usage

We use your data to provide requested services, assist sellers in fulfilling orders, resolve disputes, improve your experience, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and — where you have not opted out — for marketing and research purposes.

Sharing

We may share data within our group entities/affiliates, and with third parties such as sellers, payment processors and service providers necessary to deliver the Platform's services, meet legal obligations, or investigate fraud. We may disclose data to government or law enforcement agencies where legally required.

Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect your data, though no transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your own login credentials.

Data deletion & retention

You can delete your account via your profile/settings, or by writing to us. We may delay deletion where there are pending grievances, claims, or shipments. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and may retain anonymised data for analytics.

Your rights

You can access, correct and update your personal data directly through the Platform's account features.

Consent & withdrawal

By using the Platform, you consent to this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer below with the subject "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data." Withdrawal is not retrospective and may limit our ability to provide certain services.
